We have entered into a plan where we communicate, number one, that process control is important, and we’ve done that through a number of different ways. One, we established a process control focus group, and this is a group that is really a combination of some of the key people throughout the industry of our prime contractors, and civil servants who meet on a regular basis and discuss process control and what we can do to improve the awareness throughout our industry. This includes development of posters, flyersto keep this awareness available in front of our people at their work site and their particular work environment. It also includes the development of process control videos on a yearly basis that we can get to all of our suppliers throughout the country, and they can show these videos, and it gets our message right to the person that’s torquing the bolts, that’s machining the parts, and they understand the relationship between their task and the end product, which is extremely critical and maintaining the safety of the crew and the viability of the vehicle. We also are developing toolsinteractive toolslike CD ROM’sthat type of tool that will allow, again, our work force, our management of suppliers throughout the industry, to be focused, to understand our message and to see it on a regular basis. Process control is something that we need to emphasize day in and day out. And so these tools help us to keep process control and the message that says, “Stop process creep throughout the yearevery day, every week, every month, of the year.”
