SecureMeeting

SecureMeeting

SecureMeeting is a secure, collaborative, online meeting and web conferencing solution that allows registered users to share SBU information using your computer desktop. SecureMeeting gives you the ability to securely communicate with other civil servants, support service contractors, academia, and anyone else supporting NASA programs or projects, wherever they may be, in less time and cost than meeting in person. Also, SecureMeeting is provided at no cost to any NASA program or project using this capability.

Request a SecureMeeting User Account

For SecureMeeting users to exchange their SBU information, everyone must have a SecureMeeting user account. Request a SecureMeeting user account to start using PBMA SecureMeeting.

How to Create a Meeting

Once you have your username and password, creating a meeting is an easy two step process:

  1. Schedule a meeting
  2. Invite participants
To see how easy it is to create a meeting using SecureMeeting, click on the "Process for Scheduling a Meeting" link in the menu on the left-hand side of this page.
