PBMA SecureMeeting Status

PBMA SecureMeeting Status: The PBMA SecureMeeting feature will be replaced by ODIN's deployment of Secure Virtual Team Meeting (SVTM)external linkLinks to a page in a new window targeted for September 2008.

The current PBMA SecureMeeting system has a hardware restriction of 200 simultaneous meeting users (regardless of how many meetings occur, only 200 people can attend meetings at any one time). If you receive the message "The number of simultaneous attendees has reached the limit allowed by the Secure Meeting server license," it means there are currently 200 meeting users on the system, and you will be unable to join a meeting. The license to attend a meeting is automatically assigned by the SecureMeeting server until the maximum number of licenses is reached (200).

The PBMA team is investigating an upgrade to increase the capability until the SVTM is available. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your support of the PBMA Program.
