Enhanced Security Work Groups (ESWG)PBMA SecureMeeting and Enhanced Security Work Groups Due to the decommissioning of PBMA SecureMeeting
Enhanced Security Work Groups (ESWG) ESWG (sometimes referred to as Communities of Practice) are available as a baseline functionality of Process Based Mission Assurance (PBMA). ESWG provide multi-dimensional, collaborative functionality to support the NASA Safety and Mission Assurance community, individual program/project teams as well as formal and informal groups of subject matter experts. Membership is limited to those individuals involved in making NASA programs and projects successful, including contractors, industry partners, academia and international partners. Membership in the community is predicated on the notion of reciprocity and sharing of knowledge as well as responsiveness to the needs and inquiries of the community. How to Request a PBMA ESWG Process for Activating a New Work Group Creating Member Accounts for PBMA ESWG Once your ESWG has been created, it has to be populated with members. Each member of a PBMA ESWG requires approval by the ESWG Originator or a designated ESWG Administrator. Once a potential member has been deemed eligible to have access to the ESWG, the ESWG Originator, or one of the Administrators, must send the ESWG URL to each potential member and have them create their account. (See the process for creating secure work group member accounts in the New User Authentication and Activation Plan (NUAAP)
