The purpose of this activity is to ensure that program implementation is conducted in an effective manner, considering performance, cost, schedule, and quality commitments in the Program Plan. This activity provides management oversight of all aspects of the program, especially oversight and review of the constituent projects. This activity ensures the collection, tracking, reporting, and management of the program according to agreed-upon metrics."
