Throughout the life cycle of a program or project, program officials are required to be aware of and participate in applicable NASA Safety Boards and Panels.

A listing of such boards and panels in Section 1.11 of NPG 8715.3, NASA Safety Manual w/Change 2 includes:

System Safety Review Panel (SSRP)
Pre-launch Assessment Review (PAR) Panel
Payload Safety Review Panel (PSRP)
Ground Safety Review Panel (GSRP)
ISS Safety Review Panel (SRP)
